Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is for those who want to take their
teaching skills to the next level. Or for those who want to take their previous experience of Yoga
even deeper. The 300 hour teacher training course builds upon the foundation that the 200 hour
teacher training course has built.
It goes into more detail on the asanas, pranayamas,
yogic practices and Vedic Texts & philosophies.
Yet, the most valuable aspect of a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is
direction and intention. Most people come to this course after they have some real-world teaching
experience. You can take your course with specific intentions, questions and your focus will be
more directed towards becoming a better teacher.
But what is different?
In
this program, you can focus even more on the teaching aspects of Yoga since the foundation has
already been built.
Still, it is much more than that:
True yoga is about
personal and spiritual growth. Like the sun who is a daily reminder that we too can rise over
darkness, the goal is to shine your light bright.
A yogi lives like a lotus flower in
ease floating above muddy waters. Your blossoming divinity protects you: untouched by the
world.
When you use yoga to rise over darkness you are truly changed forever. Here is
just a bit about how it works ...
