Yogini Aparna Ji teaches our morning classes - Shat karma, Asana, and Pranayama. She also teaches Mantra and meditation.
As an experienced yoga teacher she is committed to making a difference in the field by applying her knowledge of Yogic science. Yogini Aparna Ji has also completed her Master's Degree (MA -Yogacharya) in Yogic science.
"Yoga has been an obsession of mine since my first experience. Simply starting as a hobby it became even more important to me when I began teaching yoga as an instructor.
My intention is to work as a yoga teacher and to help students discover the love, light, truth and peace within each of us. Yoga helped me to find myself and it made life easier and more enjoyable."
